摘要 分析了打印机外壳的工艺特点,介绍了该塑件注塑模的结构设计和工作过程。此模具采用侧滑块成型塑件左右两侧的突耳结构,在开模时利用铲机滑块后模镶件内推杆推出,实现塑件局部先脱离后模镶件;并用前模拉料销、限位螺钉和拉杆控制开模运动顺序,实现了浇注凝料的自动脱模;模具结构合理,运行可靠。 This article analyzed the technological characteristic of a printer shell and introduced the structural design and operating process of the injection mould for this part. To fabricate such a mould, two side core-pulling mechanisms were adopted, and antecedent pushing-out was realized in the sloping insert of moving molds at the mold opening time by using wedge and sliding block. Fixed mould puller pins, stop drag-bars and pull-rod were used to open the mould sequentially. Such a mould structure was rational and safe in operation.
