Cd胁迫对野菜非蛋白巯基肽含量影响及富集分析

摘要 为了探明不同野菜品种对镉(Cd)重金属富集能力差异,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定含量方法,测定了不经过重金属镉胁迫及50μmol·L^(-1)的氯化镉溶液胁迫培养的15种野菜品种,不同胁迫培养时间下的Cd富集情况。同时测定了非蛋白巯基总肽(NPT)含量、植物还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)及其他非蛋白巯基化合物(PCs)含量。结果表明,不同野菜品种,重金属富集存在显著差异性,天绿香、羽衣甘蓝具有Cd高富集特性,可作为Cd高富集研究材料;商陆和马齿苋是1个很好的Cd低富集品种,可以作为重金属警示植物研究;研究还表明,高富集野菜品种基本存在胁迫初期NTP及GSH含量较显著增加,后期又逐渐降低,PCs含量相对降低。但本研究中的Cd高富集品种天绿香,在Cd胁迫后,出现NTp、PCs增高,GSH保持稳定,谷胱甘肽(GSHS)代谢途径是否是其主要Cd代谢途径有待进一步研究。 In order to clarify the cadmium (Cd) different accumulating characteristics of the different vegetable varieties, effects of cadmium concentration and accumulation regularity of 15 kinds of wild vegetables verities were studied by flame a- tomic absorption spectrometry in the condition of different stress time. Simultaneously, the contents of non protein sulfhydryl peptide (NPT), Glutathione (GSH) and other non-protein sulphydryl compounds (PCs) were measured, too. The results showed that there was a significant difference of cadmium accumulation in the different varieties of vegetables; Sauropus an- drogynus L and Brassiea oleracea L. var. acephala DC had high enrichment characteristics of heavy metal cadmium which could be used as highly enriched materials; Phytolacea acinosa Roxb and Portulaca oleracea Linn. were very good low-cad- mium-enriched varieties which can be used as a warning plants of heavy metal. The research also suggested that the content of NTP and GSH were significantly increasing in the early stressed time and later decreased, PCs was relatively lower in the highly enriched vegetables. But in this study, NTP and PCs content of Sauropus androgynus L. were increasing while their GSH content was stable. Whether the Glutathione peptides (GSHS) metabolic pathway is the main heavy metal Cd metabolic pathway needs further study.
