摘要
通过对福建省闽侯白沙地区的5个橄榄品种(品系),即‘长营'、‘小个子'、‘大个子'、‘梅圤2号'、‘林峰'进行品质成分测定分析比较,包括总糖、可滴定酸、蛋白质、可溶性固形物、单宁、黄酮等,结果表明:其中的‘小个子'和‘林峰'风味好,适宜鲜食,品质优良且经济效益较好。本研究为闽侯县橄榄产业的发展及推广提供了理论基础和实践依据。
According to Minhou Baisha area in Fujian province to research 5 kinds of Chinese Olives, ‘changying＇ , ‘xiao- gezi＇ , ‘dagezi＇ , ‘meipu no. 2＇ and ‘lingfeng＇ , respectively, the function of the composition was compared, the total sugar, titratable acid, protein, soluble solids, tannin, flavone were included, additionally, ‘xiaogezi＇ and ‘lingfeng＇ have good flavors, suitable for fresh eat, good quality and have economic benefit. This study provides a theoretical basis and practical basis for Chinese olives＇ development and promotion in Baisha area.
