碳减排约束下的燃煤发电与天然气发电成本比较研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用全生命周期的研究方法,从能源开采及加工、运输、电站运行的横向产业链和电站建设、运行、退役的纵向时间链对燃煤发电和天然气发电碳排放进行了分析,对碳减排约束下的燃煤发电和天然气发电的成本进行了分析和比较。结果表明,超低排放水平的典型燃煤发电和天然气发电的全生命周期碳排放分别为745.9735 g/kWh、522.4980 g/kWh,如果考虑通过碳排放权交易和CCS技术将燃煤发电碳排放降低到天然气发电水平,当碳减排成本不超过1100元/t时,燃煤发电在经济性方面仍具有优势。 Competitiveness between the coal-fired power and the natural gas power has also received widespread concern.The method of life cycle assessment was applied to analyze the carbon emission of coal-fired power and natural gas power from two aspects.First is the horizontal industrial chain which includes energy extraction,processing and transportation,power plant operation.Second is the vertical time chain which includes power station construction,operation and decommissioning.Meanwhile,the cost of coal-fired power and natural gas power was analyzed and compared under the constraint of carbon emission.The results showed that the life cycle carbon emissions of typical ultra-low emissions of coal-fired power and natural gas power were745.9735 g/kWh,522.4980 g/kWh.If the carbon emission of coal-fired power can be reduced to the same level of natural gas power generation by carbon trading and CCS technology,the coalfired power will still has economic advantages when the cost of carbon emission reduction is less than 1100 Yuan/t.
