某市城市居民常见慢性病患病状况与健康素养调查 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解蚌埠市居民常见慢性病与健康素养现状及其相关关系,为促进蚌埠市居民健康提供策略措施。方法:采取多阶段整群抽样的方式从社区随机抽取家庭,并对抽到家庭全体成员进行入户问卷调查。结果:共调查5 853名居民,平均年龄(43.96±16.81)岁。常见慢性病患病率最高的是高血压,报告率为16.98%;其次是糖尿病,报告率为8.74%。居民健康素养主要分布及格水平,优秀与不及格相对持平。常见慢性病危险因素单因素检验显示居民健康素养水平有、年龄、职业、文化水平、婚姻状况与常见慢性病患病情况有统计学关联(χ2=93.66,P<0.001,χ2=1616.27,P<0.001,χ2=133.14,P<0.001,χ2=614.05,P<0.001,χ2=581.30,P<0.001)。结论:蚌埠市居民常见慢性病患病率较低,居民素养水平不高,应针对不同人群特征加大健康教育。 Objective:To investigate the current status of chronic diseases and health literacy among residents in Bengbu, and to provide strategies for promoting the heahh of Benghu residents. Methods:A multistage cluster sampling method was used to randomly select households from the community and to conduct household survey on all members of the family. Results:A total of 5853 residents were surveyed, with a mean age of (43.96 ± 16.81 ) years. The most common chronic diseases were hypertension ( report rate 16. 98% ), followed by diabetes (report rate 8.74% ). The main residents'health literacy distribution was at the pass level, with excellent relatively the same with fail. The common risk factor of chronic disease by single factor test showed that the level of health literacy, age, occupation, cuhural level, and marital status had a statistical correlation with the prevalence of chronic diseases ( χ^2 = 93.66, P 〈 0. 001, χ^2 = 1616.27, P 〈 0.001, χ^2 = 133.14, P 〈 0.001, χ^2 = 614.05, P 〈 0.001, χ^2= 581.30, P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion: The prevalence of chronic diseases in residents of Bengbu City is low, and the level of residents'quality is not high. Therefore, health education should be enhanced according to the characteristics of different population.
