论高校辅导员在“两学一做”中肩负的前沿责任

高校辅导员是高校学生党组织的组成部分,是大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,是广大莘莘学子成长的指导者和引路人,同时还是为中国共产党培养接班人的铺路人。文章从学习贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,开展"两学一做"专题教育活动为出发点,结合辅导员常规工作,明晰学生工作中应承担的前沿责任,发挥辅导员在大学生群体中的模范带头作用。

The college counselor is a part of student party organization and the backbone of ideological and po-litical education work for college students. College counselors can also instruct students to grow up and cultivate suc-cessors for Chinese Communist Party. Starting from implementing the spirits of a series of important speeches of theGeneral Secretary Xi Jinping and carrying out thematic education activities to learn Party Constitution and rules andbecome a qualified Party member, combined with routine work of counselors, this paper clarifies that counselorsshould shoulder their responsibility in student work, and play ant exemplary and leading role in college studentgroups.
