摘要
教师是高校学科发展、人才培养的主要力量,高质量师资队伍需要从招聘工作入手进行建设。文章分析了高校教师招聘的内涵,针对北京市属高校在教师招聘工作中存在的几个典型问题提出了相应策略和建议,S高校在教师招聘工作方面的探索和实践及其整体师资队伍水平得到提升证明了相关办法的可行性。
The teacher is the main force in the discipline development of university and cultivation of talents.The construction of high quality teacher team needs to start from the recruitment work. This paper analyzes the con-notation of the recruitment of teachers in universities and puts forward some suggestions for several typical problemsexisted in the recruitment work of universities in Beijing. The exploration and practice of recruitment work of S uni-versity and improved level of the teacher team prove that relevant methods are feasible.
