浅谈高等教育师德建设的长效机制

高等教育处于教育体系的最高层,对大学生人生观、价值观、世界观的形成具有决定性作用,其社会责任极其重大。高校师德建设作为高等教育中的重要环节,在整个高等教育中起着至关重要的作用。新的时代发展要求对高校师德建设提出了新的挑战。有鉴于在新的历史条件下高校师德建设发展滞后的现状,系统地梳理其问题、思考对策,可以看出新时期高校师德建设长效机制的必要性,构建师德建设长效机制的紧迫性。

Located at the highest level of education system, higher education plays a decisive role in determiningcollege students＂ outlook on life and values and world view, so it shoulders extremely important social responsibility.University teachers＂ ethics construction, as an important link of higher education, is of great importance in the wholehigher education. In the new period, university teacher＇s ethics .construction is facing new situation, new problems andnew challenges. Under the new＇historical conditions, university teachers＂ ethics construction in China has fallen be-hind, and we should systematically sort out the problems, think countermeasures, and see the necessity of establishinga long-term mechanism of university teacher＇s ethics construction in the new period and its urgency.
