人事管理视域下高校辅导员职业化、专业化建设问题与对策研究

职业化、专业化是高校辅导员队伍建设的必然趋势,对辅导员队伍素质提升与高校人才培养具有重要意义。伴随建设工作的深入,职业化、专业化建设也面临着职业发展、职称晋升、队伍稳定等诸多亟待解决的问题。文章从人事管理角度深入研究分析职业化和专业化建设所面临的现状与问题,有针对性的提出了一系列推进高校辅导员队伍职业化、专业化建设的工作举措,以期为高校辅导员队伍建设起到借鉴和启示意义。

Professionalization and specification are not only the inexorable trend of college counselor team build-ing, but also have important significance to quality promotion of counselor team and college talent training. With thedeepening of building, professionalization and specification also face many problems to be solved, such as vocationaldevelopment, team stability and professional title promotion. This paper makes in-depth analysis and research to cur-rent situation and problems in professionalization and specification building from the viewpoint of personnel manage-ment and puts forward a series of measures to promote it, hoping to provide reference and enlightenment.
