通过比较海内外高水平大学书院制度中校园文化建设、师生关系、学生自我管理等经验做法,探索书院与高校学生思想政治教育工作的融合机制、跨院系协作机制、学生组织自我建设机制、师生关系建设,落实书院学习社区的有效构建。

By comparing the construction of campus culture, the relationship between teachers and students, stu-dents＂ self management and other aspects in the college system in high level universities at home and abroad, thispaper explores the fusion mechanism of college system and university students＂ ideological and political education, theinter-departmental coordination mechanism, self construction mechanism of student organization and teacher-studentrelationship construction, to promote effective construction of college learning community.
