摘要
为克服长期存在的少数民族高端人才培养质量偏低问题,成就高水平专业技术人才,文章对高端人才培养最为重要的本科阶段培养质量进行了调研、研究和试点。文章提出并设计了可覆盖大纲培养标准和社会用人知识需求的辅助性量化学习指标。指标内容以解决衍生培养质量问题的语言和基础知识能力为目标,构建覆盖整个本科教育阶段、适应学生接受能力的辅助性约束指标,并将其分解到本科阶段的不同学期。
To overcome the long-standing problem of low quality in training minority high degree talents, and reach the achievement of forming high-level professional and technical personnel, this paper takes the most important stage of undergraduate education quality as the target and carries on the investigation, research and pilot. The paper proposesl and designs the auxiliary index of quantitative learning covering the standard of syllabus training and the knowledge standard to meet the social demand for the talents. The index takes language knowledge and basic knowledge helpful to solve the problems in training quality as teaching purpose, and construct the auxiliary constraint index covering the whole stage of undergraduate education and adapting to the students' receptivity, which is broken down into the different semesters at the under-graduate level.
