Construction and Exploration of Automation Teaching System Based on Cultivation of the Applied Innovative Entrepreneurial Talents

文章主要围绕培养自动化专业的应用型创业创新人才,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法手段、教学实践、师资队伍建设等五个不同维度,对应用型工科本科院校自动化教学体系进行了全方位的深度剖析,并结合时代要求和工作实践,紧紧围绕应用型创业创新人才培养和能力培育这一主题主线,提出了更新教育理念、优化整合课程内容、丰富教学手段、强化实践教学、加强教师队伍能力建设等系列观点主张,具有很强的理论性、针对性和可操作性。

Around the cultivation of applied innovative talents majored in automation specialty, the automation teaching system of application-oriented colleges is thoroughly analyzed in terms of the teaching idea, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching practice, teaching staff construction. Combined with the requirements of the times and the practice, this paper pertinently puts forward a series of assertions such as renewing education idea, optimizing the teaching content, enriching teaching methods, strengthening practice teaching and teachersj capacity building, focusing on the cultivation of innovative applied talents and cultivation of entrepreneurial ability. All these ideas have strong theoretical and maneuverability.
