基于师生管理权的高校二级学院教学管理探析

"师生管理权"是"以人为本"理念在教学管理中的具体实践,它充分体现了师生在高校教学管理中的主体性。文章对高校二级学院教学管理的职责分配不合理、制度刚化及管理方式行政化等现状进行了扼要分析,简要阐述了二级学院教学管理赋予师生管理权的必要性,并基于师生管理权视角提出完善高校二级学院教学管理的建设思路。

The management rights of teachers and students gives practice to the idea oi lauman-onented in me field of teaching, which fullY shows the subjectivity of teachers and students in teaching management in the universities. This paper analyzed the administrative management situation in secondary college, which contains uneven distribution of the teaching＇ management responsibilities, management System rigidity, and administrative management. The necessity of management rights of teachers and students in secondary college was briefly introduced, and some construction ideas about secondary college teaching management was proposed in the perspective of management rights of teachers＇ and students.
