材料学科背景下自主型人才培养模式探究

自主型人才是知识经济时代所需要的紧缺人才,高校在自主型人才的培养中肩负着义不容辞的责任。文章从材料学科的现状出发,分析当前高校自主型人才培养中的问题,提出从遵循人才发展的基本规律,丰富授课方式,引入小组讨论学习,将创新能力的培养贯穿于整个大学教育的过程和重视榜样的力量方面着手,探索提高学生自主性的方法。

In the era of knowledge-driven economy, independent talents are urgently needed. Colleges and universities shoulder the unshirkable responsibility in developing independent talents. In this paper, current problems of culturing independent talents in colleges and universities will be analysed from the perspective of material subject. Methods in developing independent talents will be discussed from the scopes of following the basic rules of developing talents, enriching teaching methods, introducing group discussion, letting cultivation of innovative ability go through the whole educative process and attaching importance to the power of role models.
