摘要
由于社会、家庭、学校、自身等方面的原因,高职毕业生往往在求职就业过程中容易出现"焦虑""依赖""自卑""从众""攀比"等心理问题。为此,高职院校应创造提升毕业生自我效能的实践机会,并重视职业生涯规划、就业指导、心理健康教育,以使学生形成正确的职业定位、把握科学的求职技巧、掌握自我心理调适的方法;另外,高职院校还应主动协助企业转变不良的用人观念,为毕业生营造公平公正的就业环境。
Due to the society, family, school, etc., the graduates of higher vocational colleges are easy to grow anxiety", "dependent", "inferiority complex", "conformity", "competition" and other psychological problems in the course of employment. Therefore, the higher vocational colleges should create opportunities to enhance self-efficacy, pay attention to education of career planning, employment guidance and psychological health. In addition, higher vo- cational colleges should also actively help enterprises to change undesirable personnel strategy and create a fair employment environment for graduates.
