摘要
抗生素滥用所造成的环境污染及食品安全问题日益受到关注.传感器具有灵敏度高、选择性好、易微型化和样品消耗少等优点,已被广泛用于抗生素的分析检测.本文介绍了抗生素的污染现状和主要检测方法,着重阐述了电化学传感器、光学传感器在抗生素检测中的最新研究成果,并对未来研究进行了展望.
Environmental pollution and food safety issues caused by the abuse of antibiotics have gained increasing attention. Sensors have been widely applied in analysis and detection of antibiotics due to their excellent sensitivity, high selectivity, easy miniaturization and low sample consumption. This paper summarizes the pollution situation and the main detection methods of antibiotics. The latest researches are highlighted on the electrochemical sensors and optial sensors in the detection of antibiotics. It is suggested that the development of new types of sensors needs to be further pursued for antibiotics detection in the future research.
