应用技术型民族院校的大学英语教学改革探索

摘要 为适应应用技术型高等学校教育方针,建立一套为培养创新型人才服务的大学英语课程体系,不仅是学生和社会需要,也是大学英语教师的需要。因此,在有效提高基础英语前提下,将通识英语教育和行业英语教育有机结合,不仅能提升学生的自身综合能力和素质,也有望提高学生的就业能力和就业质量,以期有效解决高校毕业生教产脱节的问题。通过编写具有民族院校特色的个性化教学讲义,拓展新的教学模式和评估手段的同时,也有利于教师个人能力和教学水平的提高和发展。 In accordance with guidelines on education in colleges and universities of applied technology, the establishment of a college English curriculum for nurturing creative labor meets not only the needs of students and the society but also those of college English teachers. Once the basis of basic English is well founded, the good combination of general English education and ESP (English for Specific Purposes) can increase students' overall abilities and quality and is expected to improve their job hunting skills and chance of landing a well-paid job, which serves to effectively tackle the disconnection between teaching and practice for college graduates. The compiling of individualized handouts with the characteristics of colleges and universities for minorities offers inspiration to develop existing teaching models and evaluation methods and leads to the improvement of teachers' personal abilities and teaching performance.
