高职院校教学运行模式影响因素分析

摘要 高职院校教学运行模式是高职院校教学运行整体过程的结构系统,应是适应校企合作、工学结合、顶岗实习人才培养模式的教学运行模式,应是适应现代职业教育特点以及职业技术教育办学理念的教学运行模式。政策、技术进步、社会需求等外部因素及教学理念、人才培养方案、软硬件资源、教学管理人员、师资、学生、机构设置等内部因素影响高职院校教学运行模式。 A model of teaching activities in higher vocational colleges is a structural system for the overall teaching functions, which is expected to meet the needs of school/enterprise cooperation, combination of factories and schools, and students' internship programs. It should also adjust to the laws of modem vocational education and the school management philosophy of vocational and technical education. External factors, including policies, technological progress, social demand, and internal factors, such as teaching principles, programs of personnel development, hardware and software, teaching affairs staff, teachers, students, organizational structure, both influence models of teaching activities in higher vocational colleges.
