“老年漂”群体的现状调查及其对策——以苏、锡、宁地区为样本

Research on the Group of Elderly Migrants and Solutions——A Sampling of Suzhou, Wuxi and Nanjing

随着“老年漂”群体的规模不断增大，面临的问题也愈加明显和突出，主要表现在老人生活不适应、老年两地分居、老人照顾孙辈时间过长、老人休闲娱乐缺乏、老人心理上孤独焦虑、老人异地医疗困难等方面。问题的妥善解决必须依靠“老年漂”群体本身、“老年漂”子女、“老年漂”所在社区以及政府部门、社会民众的共同努力。本调研课题以苏、锡、宁地区的部分“老年漂”为抽样样本，对“老年漂”群体的生存现状及其瓶颈进行深入分析，提出“老年漂”群体问题的解决对策及建议，即子女充分关心和尊重老人、大力推进社会育婴与托幼服务、健全完善社会医疗保障机制、建设以社区为平台的社会化养老模式，从而让“老年漂”能够真正颐养天年。

As the group of elderly migrants is increasingly becoming larger, resulting problems are more evident For instance, they have trouble adjusting to life away from hometown, old couples live separately, they spend too much time taking care of grandchildren, there are not enough recreational activities, they feel lonely and anxious, and they lack easy access to medical services. Solutions lie in concerted efforts by the group itself, the next generation of the group, the communities where they live, government agencies and the general public. This research topic, based upon sampling of elderly migrants in the cities of Suzhou, Wuxi and Nanjing, conducts an in-depth analysis of their status quo and difficulties and offers corresponding solutions and suggestions. Adult children should show concern for and respect elderly migrants, socialized baby care and day care services are to be promoted, a social medical service mechanism remains to be completed, and a community-based pattern is to be developed to provide for senior migrants. So, elderly migrants can really enjoy the rest of their life
