摘要
设计了用于测试水泥基材毛细管负压的负压传感装置,并利用该装置,采用水胶比为0.30的水泥浆体研究了储水管的硬度、装置内的气体、水的含气量、测试深度、水泥浆体泌水等因素对测值的影响。结果表明:装置内的气体和储水管的硬度对负压测值的准确性影响较大,外界环境和泌水会对不同深度毛细管负压的发展有影响。根据试验结果,提出了准确测试水泥基材料毛细管负压的方法和建议。
A negative pressure sensing device for capillary depression test was designed and used for testing the capillary depression of cement-based materials, cement pastes of water-cement ratio 0.30 was adopted, and the factors that may affect the measured values such as hardness of water reservoir pipe, gas volume in the device, air content in water, test depth, bleeding of cement paste was studied.The results show that the accuracy of the measured valueis very large impacted by the gas volume in the device and the hardness of water reservoir pipe, the capillary depressionat different depths could be affected by the external environment and the bleeding of cement pastes.According to the test results, the method for measuring accurately the capillary depression of cement-based materials was proposed, and some other recommendations that help to improve the test accuracy were given.
