摘要
通过对包钢高炉重矿渣的物理性能、矿渣混凝土及普通混凝土的力学性能进行试验研究,对比分析两种混凝土的7、28 d的立方体抗压强度,弹性模量和泊松比,最后研究矿渣块体取代率对矿渣混凝土轴心抗压强度的影响。结果表明:包钢高炉重矿渣的表观密度、堆积密度均小于普通碎石,而压碎指标和吸水率偏大,但也符合YB/T 4178—2008《混凝土用重矿渣碎石》的规定,故其作为混凝土粗骨料是可行的。矿渣混凝土的7d立方体抗压强度比普通混凝土平均约低8.3%,而28d立方体抗压强度和轴心抗压强度平均偏高5%、4.6%,弹性模量稍高,泊松比相差不大。矿渣块体取代率越大,矿渣混凝土的轴心抗压强度越小,但矿渣块体取代率在20%以内,轴心抗压强度降低幅度较小,影响并不明显。
Through a test study on the mechanical properties of the physical properties of Baotou Steel blast furnace slag, slag concrete and common concrete, the context conduct comparative analysis of 7 d, 28 d compressive strength, elastic modulus and poisson's ratio of two cuncrete.Finally,the effect of slag block replacement rate on the axial compressive strength of slag concrete is studied.The study results show that compared with ordinary gravel ,the apparent density and bulk density of blast furnace heavy slag of Baotou Steelare lower, its crushed indicators and water absorption are greater, but also conforms to regulatory requirements of "concrete with a heavy slag gravel "(YB/T 4178-2008 ), what demonstrates its feasibility as coarse aggregate of concrete.Compared with ordinary concrete, 7 d cube compressive strength of slag concrete is slightly lower by the average of 8.3% ,but the 28 d cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength of slag concrete are higher around 5% and 4.6%; elastic modulus is a bit high;Poisson's ratio has little difference.Slag block replacement rate is greater, the axial compressive strength of slag concrete is smaller, but the slag block replacement rate is less than 20%, the axial compressive strength is smaller, the effect is not obvious.
