摘要
为优化轻质夹芯外墙板与钢框架的连接方式,设计3种不同连接件并进行推出试验,分析套筒螺栓、钩头螺栓以及焊接钢板的抗剪承载力及对周围混凝土的影响区域。试验结果表明:套筒螺栓连接的试件抗剪承载力最大,钩头螺栓连接的试件抗剪承载力比套筒螺栓的稍小,焊接钢板连接的试件抗剪承载力最小;3种连接件对周围混凝土的影响区域均很小。不同连接件的抗剪试验研究结果将为后期轻质外墙板的拟静力试验设计提供依据。
In order to optimize the connections of the steel flames infilled with lightweight sandwich external wall,three different kinds of shear connectors were designed and tested by pushed-out experiments.Analysis the shear bearing capacity of sleeve bolt, hook head bolt and welded steel plate and the influence area on surrounding concrete, and it will provide the basis for the design of the light wall board, which will be tested under low reversed cyclic loading.Following conclusions can be drawn from the experiments.The stress of the sleeve bolt connection is reasonable and the bearing capacity is the highest and the shear bearing capacity of the hook head bolt is slightly lower than that of the sleeve bolt, and the shear bearing capacity of welded steel plate is the least.The influence area of the three connectors on the surrounding concrete is very small.The shear test results of different connections will provide a basis for the pseudo static test design of lightweight exterior wall panels in the later period.
