摘要
从生态护坡预制构件C40自密实混凝土材料组成和性能着手,通过试验探究自密实混凝土配合比设计参数(胶凝材料用量、掺合料种类与掺量、碎石级配、砂率以及用水量)对混凝土坍落度、坍落度扩展度、T50时间与V型流过时间、U型箱△h等新拌性能的影响。得到了最佳工作性能的生态护坡混凝土配合比。并结合实际生产,改善了之前的浇筑工艺,改善了构件外观质量,延长了模具使用寿命。
It studied the influences of the mixture composition (the amount of cement materials, complex admixture, gravel graded, sand rate and water consumption) on self-compacting concrete's fresh performance that contains self-compacting concrete, mixing things slump,extended degrees,T50,V-type funnel time and U-shaped instrument Ah from the C40 grade precast self-compacting concrete eco-revetment material composition and performance.It got eco-revetment concrete mixture composition whose workability is the best.And combined with the actual production.It improved the previous casting process,enhanced the appearance of the product quality,and extended the life of mold.
