摘要
为了将河道淤泥、污水污泥和粉煤灰等固体废弃物烧制成轻质高强的陶粒,试验将几种材料进行混合,配方中固定污泥与粉煤灰掺量,逐渐提高淤泥的掺量以取代页岩的掺量.研究测定了陶粒的膨胀率、表观密度、吸水率和颗粒强度等性能.结果表明,随着淤泥含量提高,陶粒的膨胀率降低,表观密度提高,颗粒强度提高.在淤泥含量为21.2%,焙烧温度为1 200℃时,陶粒的1h吸水率仅1.26%,颗粒强度达到9.2 MPa,表观密度1 260kg/m3,满足轻质高强陶粒的要求.
To fire river silt,sewage sludge and fly ash and other solid waste into ceramicite of high strength and lightweight,we mixed several materials in the test.In the formulation,the contents of sludge and fly ash were fixed,and we increased the content of silt gradually to replace the con-tent of shale.The study determined the expansion ratio,apparent density,water absorption,parti-cle strength and other properties of the ceramicite.The results showed that with the increase of silt content,the expansion ratio of the ceramicite decreased while the apparent density and particle strength increased.When the silt content was 21.2% and the calcination temperature was 1 200 ℃,the 1h water absorption of the ceramicite was only 1.26%,the particle strength reached 9.2 MPa,and the apparent density was 1 260 kg/m3 ,which met the requirements of ceramicite of high strength and light weight.
