越野车液压转向系统抗冲击能力仿真

Simulation of Anti-impact Ability of Hydraulic Steering System for Off Road Vehicles

摘要 提出了一种提高液压转向系统抗冲击能力的方法.通过优化转向系统液压部件,增加车辆在越野路工况驾驶员的转向控制能力.建立基于转向系统液压动态特性的AMESim模型,通过分析影响转向系统抗冲击能力的因素,得出提高转向高压管路的刚度、缩短长度、提高转向泵流量、缩短主销偏置距等措施可以提高系统抗冲击能力. In order to improve the anti-impact ability presented by optimizing the parameters of its hydraulic of its hydraulic steering system, a method is components for increasing the steering control ability of a vehicle in the off-road condition. An AMESIM model is established for the hydraulic dynamic characteristics of the system, and the factors affecting the anti-impact ability of the system are analyzed. The results show that such measures as improving the stiffness of its high pressure pipeline, shortening the length of the lines, increasing the flow of the steering pump, and shortening the kingpin offset can enhance the impact resistance of the system.
