多自由度新能源汽车充电装置的机构优化

摘要 研究新能源汽车充电装置的机构优化方法,提出了基于参数随机波动的有限元分析的优化思路.根据动静法建立了该装置缓冲机构的理论计算模型,通过与有限元计算结果的对比验证了理论模型的准确性.基于参数随机波动的有限元分析结果选取了敏度较高的6个参数建立了充电装置的优化模型,应用混合罚函数法优化后其总质量降低了16%.该研究为充电装置的机构优化设计提供了方法和理论依据. The optimization method of its charging device mechanism for a new energy vehicle was studied, and the optimization idea was presented based on the probability finite element method. By means of the static and dynamic method, a theoretical calculation model of the buffer mechanism was established, and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing with the results of the finite element calculation. According to the results of the probability finite element analysis, six parameters with higher sensitivity were selected to establish an optimization model. The weight of the charging device was reduced by 16% after the optimization with the mixed penalty function. This research provided the theoretical basis for the optimization design of the charging device mechanism.
