The superb Chinese ceramics technology and craftman is assimilated to Japanese ceramics, rsuhing in production of tablewares adapted to Japanese Yamato People＇s catering customs. The Chinese catering culture is assimilated to Japanese catering, which places value on harmonious configuration between foods and tablewares, highlights the ceramic colours and modelling, and develops the unique catering culture of Japanese Yamato People.
