产教融合是实现校企深度合作,提升人才培养质量的有效途径,"互联网+"模式是现代职业教育发展的新模式。广西水利电力职业技术学院建立了"互联网+"产教融合新模式,通过"教培互惠、双向交流"加强校企合作关系,以合作开展专业人才培养、企业员工岗位技能培训、技术服务等为主要内容,实现产教深度融合。

Production-teaching integration represents an effective approach for implementation of in-depth college-enterprise cooperation and improvement of talents cultivation quality. Internet plus-based mode is a new model of modem vocational education development. Guangxi Vocational College for Hydraulic and Electric Engineering has developed a new model of intemet plus-based production-teaching integration, which rakes it possible to enhance college-enterprise cooperation through teaching-training reciprocity and two-way communications, and implement in-depth college-enterprise integration by makiing concerted efforts on cultivation of talents,job skills training of the corporate staff and technical services.
