高职院校工作室制教学模式的困境与对策研究——以南宁职业技术学院平面设计创新工作室为例

Research on Predicaments in Workshop System-based Teaching Model and the Countermeasures in Vocational Colleges: A Case Study of Plane Design Innovation Workshop in NCVT

工作室制在高职教育教学之中已经广泛使用,但在教学实践中也暴露出诸多问题和不足。结合南宁职业技术学院平面设计创新工作室的建设经验,从优化课程设置、增加教学形式的灵活性、建立完善的驱动机制、加强顶层政策设计等四个方面,提出突破工作室制教学模式困境的路径建议。

Widely used is workshop system in education and teaching in vocational colleges, which expoes numerous problems and deficiencies in the teaching practice. Combining experiences in developing Plane Design Innovation workshop of Nanning College for Vocational Technology, the article comes up with suggestions and approaches for a breakthrough of predicaments in workshop system-based teaching model from the perspectives of optimization of curriculum provision, increasing flexibility of teaching forms, construction of sophisticated driving mechanism, and intensification of top-level policy involvement.
