广西左右江流域农村集镇振兴的思考

Reflections on Revitalization of the Rural Market Towns in Zuojiang and Youjiang Basin of Guuangxi

广西左右江河谷集镇曾经辉煌兴盛,近代以来,由于工业化、城镇化加快发展等原因,逐渐萧条。当前,全面建成小康社会,难点在农村;新型城镇化建设,难点在于以农村集镇、县城为重点的"在地城镇化"。研究广西左右江流域农村集镇振兴,对实施左右江流域开放开发、加快新型城镇化以及实现脱贫攻坚意义重大。

The rural market towns in Zuojiang and Youjiang Basin of Guuangxi, which once witnessed brilliant prosperity and thriving, gradually became economically depressed since the modern times because of acceleration of industrialization and urbanization. Rural areas is the the tough problem in comprehensive construction of well- off society. The rural market towns and counties-focused specific urbanization is the trouble in construction of the new-type urbanization. Rresearch on revitalization of the ruralmarket towns in Zuojiang and Youjiang Basin of Guuangxi is of great significance for opening-up and development of Zuojiang and Youjiang Basin, acceleration of the new-type urbanization as well as implementation of poverty alleviation program.
