摘要
随着高校规模的不断增大,需要一套对教职工人事、职称等信息进行规范化、系统化管理的自动化系统。通过对学院的实际情况进行需求分析,利用JSP技术和SQL-Server软件,设计和开发了一套具有档案管理、职称管理、绩效管理等功能的高校教职工信息管理系统。系统可以适用于多数的高校单位,不仅使学院的各个部门能高效完成教职工日常信息管理工作,还为学院深入开发人力资源成为可能,最终减少学院的信息管理成本,为学院"绿色"办公创造有利条件。
With the continuous increase in the size of the University, we need delete an automation system, which can manage staffs" personnel, archives and other information,So that they can be standardized and system- atic.Designing and developing a set of information management system for staff and workers in Colleges and uni- versities,which has the functions of archives management, title management, job mobility management and so on. Through the analgis of the actual situation of the college needs, JSP technology and SQL-Server software. The system can be applied to the majority of university units, which not only makes each department of facultg to effectively complete the management of the daily information of the staff, but also makes the development of the Institute of human resources become possible.Ultimately, it can greatly reduce the cost of information man- agement, and create favorable conditions for the college's "green" office.
