The Fine Arts in the general universities takes a necessary part in the art education,and its teach- ing effect has a direct impact on the quality of art education.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of fine arts,the thesis combines aesthetic and moral education,professionalization and universality,theory and practice, and generality and particularity.These are regarded as an important criterion to evaluate the teaching effect in the course of Fine Arts.
