摘要
教师职业能力是教师在完成教育教学任务过程中表现出来的实际本领。以教师职业能力培养为核心的小学美术教育专业课程架构就是依据小学美术教师岗位需求,围绕教师职业素养、教师职业能力、美术学科能力、综合实践能力的培养,搭建起的"职业素养课程+职业能力课程+美术学科课程+综合实践课程"课程体系。每一大类课程下又包含若干课程模块,培养相应的职业能力,其目标明确,针对性较强,更能满足人才培养的需求。
Teachers' professional proficiency is the practical ability teachers demonstrate while fulfillingtheir teaching tasks. The curriculum structure of the primary school art education majors reiers to the curricu- lum system that meets primary school art teachers' teaching requirements, focusing on the cultivation of teach- ers' professional quality, professional competence, art discipline proficiency and comprehensive practical abili- ty.
