征地冲突析:一种学术文献的研究进路

Conflict of Land Expropriation: a Research Approach of Academic Literature

随着城镇化的发展,大面积征地已成为必然趋势,由征地引发的冲突与日俱增,影响了社会的和谐发展。近年来,征地冲突问题得到了学者们的广泛关注,产生了大量的学术文献。梳理相关研究文献发现,研究主要涉及征地冲突的相关概念和类型、征地冲突相关利益主体的博弈、征地冲突成因以及征地冲突的化解等四个方面的内容。而征地冲突的诱因及演化研究仍是一个薄弱环节;如何有效预防和化解征地冲突仍是一个有待进一步研究的问题。

In the process of urbanization, the conflict of land expropriation has become a social problem that has been troubling the local governments. In recent years, the conflict of land acquisition has attracted extensive attention of the academic circles, and has thus produced a lot of academic literature. According to the literature review, there are four aspects of research including the concepts and types of conflicts in land acquisition, stakeholder＇s game in the conflict, and causes and resolutions of the conflict, etc. However, the research of the incentive and evolution of the issue is still insufficient, and the prevention mechanism and the conflict resolution mechanism remains a problem to be studied fiarther.
