越共十一届九中全会以来的越南政治

Political Situation after the 9th Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of Vietnamese Communist Party

从2014年5月的十一届九中全会到2016年1月的十四中全会,通过召开6次全会,越共中央研究部署第十二次全国代表大会的各项工作,逐步完成了会议文件和人事安排的准备事项,为越共十二大的顺利召开打下了基础。从越共十一届九中全会到十二大,面对内部复杂变化和各种力量的较量,越共中央把握宏观发展方向,保持了越南政治社会形势的基本稳定。越共十二大对越南党和国家领导层更替的重要事项作出安排,确定了今后一个时期越南的发展目标、任务和措施,坚持了社会主义的既定方向。

From the 9th Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of Vietnamese Communist Party( VCP) on May 2014 to the 14 th Plenary Session of January 2016,the Central Committee of Vietnamese Communist Party completed preparatory work on the 12 th National Congress of Vietnamese Communist Party and laid the foundation for the 12 th National Congress of the VCP. During this period,though facing complex situation and various challenges,the Central Committee of Vietnamese Communist Party grasped the direction of macro- development and maintained the political and social stability. The 12 th National Congress of the VCP elected new leadership of the party and set the development goals,tasks and measures in the next 5 years,and uphold the established direction of socialism.
