硫酸盐条件下Inconel 625合金的热腐蚀行为研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜分析(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)等手段,对Inconel 625合金于750℃条件下在涂覆了摩尔比为8∶2的Na_2SO_4与K_2SO_4混合盐膜,并腐蚀60h后的腐蚀行为进行分析,为相关的镍铬合金抗硫酸盐腐蚀的研究提供理论依据。Inconel 625合金在腐蚀初期质量增加明显,之后腐蚀速度逐渐减缓,其表面生成的Cr_2O_3氧化层并不连续,使得O和S得以侵入基体,与基体发生反应,因此腐蚀情况较严重。 The corrosion behaviors of Inconel 625 alloy in Na2SO4 +K2SO4 (mol ratio:8 : 2) at 750 ℃ for 60 h were tested by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS), which provide theoretical basis for related researches. In the initial stage of corrosion, the mass of Inconel 625 alloy increased sharply. However, after the initial stage, the speed of the corrosion gradually decreased. The oxidizing layer of Cr2 03 on the surface of the specimen was incontinuous, allowing the O and S into the matrix and react with the matrix, so there was a significant corrosion in the Inconel 625 alloy at last.
