摘要
变频调速已在大功率油气压缩机、泵和风机等设备中得到广泛应用。我国用得最多的高压变频器是H桥级联变频器(CHB),它性能优良,号称"完美无谐波",但电网侧的多绕组移相变压器和整流电源过于庞大和复杂。西门子公司推出一种基于模块化多电平变换(M2C)技术的新型调速变频器SINAMICS GH150,在获得和CHB同样优良性能的基础上,用少量增加器件芯片总面积的代价,换取电网侧变压器和整流电源的简化及灵活性。本文介绍这种新型变频器的原理、问题及对策、冗余及可靠性,并与其它常用变频器比较。
Variable speed drives have been widely applied for high power oil & gas compressors, pumps and fans. The cascaded H-bridge inverters (CHB/ are the most popular high voltage inverters in our country, they have good performances and are named "Perfect Harmony " , but their phase shift multi-winding transformers and rectifiers of grid side are huge and complicated. The Siemens has developed a new kind of high voltage inverters SINAMICS GH150 for variable speed drives which is based on the Modular Multilevel Converter (M2C). The new one has the same good performances as the CHB has and got the benefit of simplifying transformers and rectifiers by increasing a small amount of total area of device chips. The theory, problem and solution as well as redundancy and reliability of the M2C inverters are investigated in this paper. The comparisons between The M2C and other popular Inverters are discussed.
