西部地区中小城市地下管线普查工作存在的主要问题浅析

General Survey of Underground Pipeline in Medium and Small Cities of West China Analysis of the Main Problems

建立地下管线信息管理系统,实现地下管线信息实时更新和数据共享,加强"城市生命线"工程的规划管理,是当前城市建设中面临的重要问题。作为西部经济欠发达地区的宁夏石嘴山市,克服经济和技术上的劣势,按照国家住建部和宁夏回族自治区住建厅的统一要求,积极开展了城市地下管线普查工作。笔者全程参与了普查工作,就其中存在的主要问题进行了总结和分析,为西部地区中小城市地下管线管理提供了借鉴。

The establishment of underground pipeline information management system, real-time update of underground pipeline information and data sharing, strengthen ＂city lifeline＂ project planning and management, is the current city construction in the face of important issues. As an underdeveloped western region of Shizuishan City, Ningxia to overcome economic and technical disadvantages,in accordance with the State Department of Housing and Ningxia Hui Auton- omous Region of the unified requirements of the Office of Housing, and actively carry out the urban underground pipeline census work. I participated in the census throughout the work, on which the main problems were summarized and analyzed, for the western region of small and medium-sized city underground pipeline management provides a reference.
