摘要 广州萝岗水西路燕山一带均为花岗岩地貌,因长期的地质风化作用形成孤石群地层,构成一种特殊的地质条件。空间分布毫无规律的孤石、孤石群严重困扰建设项目的基础选型、设计和施工。本文结合场地的岩土地质条件,采取增加施工钻探、长短桩结合、适当补桩和局部改用冲孔灌注桩,并考虑地下室和上部结构整体刚度大的有利因素,采用以高强预应力管桩为主辅以极少量的冲孔灌注桩的基础型式,较好地解决了复杂孤石场地高层建筑地基基础设计难题。实测效果表明:所运用的技术措施合理、安全可靠,达到了缩短工期和降低造价的双重目的,可为类似场地上工程项目的地基处理和基础选型设计提供有价值的参考。 The granite landform and boulder mezzanine caused by long-term geological weathering is widely located in Yanshan area of Shuixi Road of Luogang in Guangzhou. This forms are special geological conditions. The spatial distribution of irregular boulders and boulders is seriously puzzled the engineer in the project of foundation type selection,design and construction. In this paper,the geotechnical conditions of the site and the advantage of the large stiffness of the basement and superstructure are considered,the problem of foundation design of high-rise building with complicated boulder site is solved by using increasing the quantity of construction drilling,combining long and short piles,proper filling the pile and replacement of bored cast-in-situ piles partly,and the foundation types of high-strength pre-stressed concrete pipe-styled pile mainly and bored cast-in-situ piles subordinate are applied. The result of tests show that,the technical measures are reasonable,safety and reliability,the purpose of shortening the construction period and reducing the cost of project is also achieved,and the technical measures is very valuable in considering similar project of treatment of foundation and selection of foundation.
