山东省综合运输发展现状及趋势

Present Situation and Development Trend of Comprehensive Transportation in Shandong Province

通过对全国和山东省几种交通方式基础设施建设、客货运量增长情况相关数据的统计分析,得出国内交通建设投资和客货运量增长均有所回落、运输结构调整加快等结论,而山东省交通运输发展则存在基础设施建设等级相对落后、运输结构不合理、各运输方式衔接不顺畅等问题;在此基础上,从运输总量增长情况、加大供给侧结构性改革、互联网+对交通运输的影响等方面介绍综合运输发展的形势,指出交通运输网络化、快速化、智能化、绿色化、全球化等的发展趋势,并从综合运输大通道建设、提升公路水路交通综合服务能力和交通运输治理能力现代化水平方面详细论述了山东省综合交通运输发展的重点。

Through the statistical analysis of the relevant data of several modes of transportation infrastructure construction and the growth of passenger and freight traffic in the whole country and Shandong Province, the paper points out two facts. Firstly, the domestic investment in transportation construction and the passenger and freight traffic growth drops slightly and the adjustment of transport structure is way up. Secondly, there are some problems existing in the infrastructure construction with the relatively backward level, unreasonable transport structure and unsmooth transportation mode links in Shandong transportation development. On the basis, this article introduces some aspects of the comprehensive transportation development such as the transportation volume growth, the structural reform of enlarged supply side and the impact of Internet Plus on the transportation. Also, it states the development trend of transportation for the network, rapidity, intelligence, green revolution and globalization and so on. Finally,it discusses the keys of comprehensive transportation development from the perspective of the construction of comprehensive transportation channel, the promotion of comprehensive service capacity of highway and waterway transportation, and the modernization of transportation management capacity.
