摘要
以三元催化转化器内部生成的络合物为研究对象,进行络合物溶解去除试验。针对络合物的结构特点,采用物理化学方法对三元催化转化器络合物进行溶解去除,研究试验过程中络合物络合等级与反应时间、反应温度、去除效果间的关系。研究发现,当络合物络合等级为二级、反应时间为85 s、反应温度为33℃时,催化转化器的净化效能提高到92%。本研究对于老化催化转化器实现活化再利用具有重要意义。
Experiment is performed to study the dissolution of the complex generated inside the three-way catalyst. According to the characteristics of complex structure, physical chemistry method is used to dissolve the generated complex. Four factors are included in the process, including the complex level, reaction time, temperature and the complex removal effect. The experiment finds that the catalyst converter purification efficiency could be improved up to 92% if the complex level is second, reaction time is 85 s and reaction temperature is 33℃. The experimental results have the great significance for activation and reuse of aging catalyst converter.
