摘要
目的了解催缴医疗费时护士的真实心理体验,以指导管理者关注催费护士,帮助她们摆脱催费困扰。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法对11名有催缴医疗费体验护士的心理感受进行访谈。结果提炼出6个主题:害怕、回避;委屈、无奈;愤怒、懊恼;自责、内疚;无助、无望;消极、倦怠。结论护理管理者应关注催费护士的身心健康,帮助其提高催费技巧,让护士摆脱催费困扰。
Objective To investigate nurses' feelings ofreminding patients of the money on therapy to help them get rid of the troubles generated by the job. Methods Interviewed 11 nurses who hadexperiencesof reminding patients of the money on therapy by the phenomenological approach. Results Six themes were refined: fearand avoidance, injustice and helpless, anger and regret, self - blame and guilt, helpless and hopeless, negative and burnout. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to nurses' physical and mental health and help them to improve the skills of reminding patients of the money on therapy.
