摘要
目的调查中职护生的职业成熟度现状及其影响因素。方法采用分层抽样方法随机抽取某校不同年级共计90名中职护生,采用职业成熟度问卷调查其职业成熟度总均分及各维度均分;比较不同影响因素下职业成熟度总均分及各维度均分间的差异。结果中职护生整体职业成熟度总均分3.1520.328;年级因素(F=0.600、P>0.05)、实习经历(t=1.220、P>0.05)与兼职经历(t=1.076、P>0.05)与职业成熟度无相关;家庭年收入(F=3.096、P<0.05)及家庭最高接受教育程度(F=3.502、P<0.05)对职业成熟度总均分及多个维度有显著影响。结论中职护生群体职业成熟度处于中等偏成熟水平,年级、实习及兼职因素对其职业成熟度影响不大,而家庭年收入及家庭最高接受教育程度对其职业成熟度影响较大。
Objective The current status of career maturity of nursing school in middle vocational schools. Methods randomly choose a total of 90 nursing students of different grades in a middle vocational school and investigate their current status using career maturity questiohnaire of nursing students. Calculate the general mean score and the average of different dimensions , and analsis the affecting factors. Results the general mean score of career maturity in middle vocational school students was 3.15. there was no significant affect of the grade factor, intership experience and part - time experience on career maturity of nursing school, there was significant effect on the general mean score of career maturity of the annual household income and the highest family education level. Conclusion The current status of career maturity of nursing school in middle vocational schools was in the middle level, the annual household income and the highest family education level had a significant impact on it.
