摘要
目的探讨护理安全管理措施在整形外科门诊手术室的应用。方法采用对比试验法,以手术室发生的医疗差错、医疗事故与护理缺陷为对比标准,选取2014年7月~2014年12月期间的手术案例为对照组,2015年7月~2015年12月期间的手术案例为试验组,对照组未实施护理安全管理措施,试验组从患者、环境和医护人员3方面实施护理安全管理措施。结果试验组比对照组的医疗差错、医疗事故与护理缺陷发生次数明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实施本文提出的患者、环境和医护人员3方面的护理安全管理措施,能够有效减小整形外科门诊手术室发生的医疗差错、医疗事故与护理缺陷的发生概率。
Objective to investigate the application effect of nursing safety management measures in cosmetic surgery operating room. nethotis case from the July 2014 to December 2014, which did not take safety management measures are taken as the reference group;and those from July 2015 to December 2015 , which took safety management measures are taken as the study group. Results compared with the reference group, remarkable decrease in terms of malpraxis, medical malpractice and nursing defect aes observed in the test group. Conclusion the nursing safety management measures can decrese the occurrences rate of malpraxis , medical negeligence and nursing defect effectively.
