涉外卓越法律人才培养的几点思考

Reflections on the Cultivation of Internationally-oriented Excellent Legal Talents

涉外卓越法律人才不仅要懂外语能够处理涉外纠纷,还应当是具有较高职业道德、能够参与制订国际规则的法律人才。而目前各高校的涉外卓越法律人才培养仅强调双语教学、海外合作办学和海外实习,缺乏法律职业道德的培养。本文以上海政法学院的涉外卓越法律人才班培养现状为例,分析目前的培养模式存在的问题,就国际化法律人才的内涵、涉外卓越班学制和高校评价指标等问题提出几点思考。

Internationally-oriented excellent legal talents not only are able to understand one foreign language and handle foreign-related disputes,but also have a higher professional ethics,and abilities to participate in the formulation of international rules in the legal profession.Nowadays,the teaching plans of internationally-oriented excellent legal talents in universities only emphasize bilingual teaching,foreign cooperative in running schools and oversea internship,and lack the cultivation of legal ethics culture. The paper,taking the Shanghai University of Political Science and Law as an example,analysis the problems currently existing in the training mode,and proposes some reflections on the connotation of internationally-oriented legal talents,length of schooling of the cultivation of internationally-oriented excellent legal talents,and the evaluation index of colleges and Universities.
