随班就读作为我国残疾儿童教育、安置的主要形式,其教学质量和运行状态一直倍受关注。为强化随班就读保障体系,各地新建了一批随班就读资源中心或者是随班就读指导中心,并在融合教育的背景下进行探讨和研究。随班就读和融合教育之间到底是什么关系,随班就读工作的责任主体是否是特殊教育学校,基层特校能做什么,必须作出相应的解答。
