摘要
反思能力作为特殊教育教师的专业能力之一,越来越受到重视。文章从影响培智学校教师反思能力形成的因素、反思能力的动力来源和不同发展阶段教师反思能力表现这三方面来探讨培智学校教师反思能力的形成机制。
As one of the professional abilities of special education teachers, reflection ability has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, I will explore the formation mechanism of the reflection ability of the school teachers from three aspects: the factors that influence ability of the teachers in the mentally retarted school, power source of reflective ability and the performance of teachers' reflective ability in different development stages.
