摘要
介绍了某汽油机连杆衬套异常磨损的分析及解决方案,首先对连杆衬套异常磨损的发动机进行了相关检测,通过相关试验验证,确定了连杆衬套的材质承载能力不能满足设计要求。通过更改连杆衬套的材料,解决了该质量问题。
Trouble-shooting of abnormal wear of connecting-rod bush bearing is introduced in this paper.Firstly, this paper carries on the related test for the engine whose bearing had abnormal wear, Due to the correlation test, the results conclude that material quality caused the abnormal wear on the bearing,. At last the quality problem is solved by changing the material.
