摘要
针对某发动机试验烧机油问题,从机油消耗常见途径、活塞环油环设计等多方面的分析,最终确认烧机油的原因与油环刮油能力有关,通过改善油环结构解决了该问题。
Aiming to oil burning of engine, through the analysis on many aspects such as the common ways of oil consumption, oil ring design and so on. Finally the reason of oil burning was confirmed to be related to the ability of oil scraper ring and then the problem is solved by optimizing the structure of the oil ring.
