肾茶总黄酮抗大鼠慢性细菌性前列腺炎活性研究 被引量:5

Study on the Protective Effect of Total Flavonoids of Clerodendranthus Spicatus Against Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis in Rats

摘要 目的探究肾茶总黄酮对大鼠的慢性细菌性前列腺炎的治疗效果。方法随机选择60例成年雄性SD大鼠作为研究对象并将其平均分为6组,通过给予这6组大鼠不同的药物治疗来观察其体内氧化应激水平及炎症因子的变化差异。结果相对于假手术组,注射大肠埃希菌使模型组大鼠炎症因子TNF-α含量由(36.87±3.02)上升到(102.83±11.64)ng/L,前列腺含量由(21.64±1.91)上升到(72.42±5.88)ng/L和IL-8含量由(7.66±0.62)上升到(20.56±1.69)ng/L和前列腺由(32.63±2.02)上升到(114.75±11.32)ng/L,比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。同时模型组前列腺抗氧化酶(SOD)活力由(42±3)下降到(14±3)U/mg(P<0.01)。前列腺脂质过氧化产物(MDA)由(3.3±0.4)上升到(14.2±1.0)(P<0.01)。相对于模型组,各剂量组的肾茶总黄酮均能显著性抑制前列腺和血清TNF-α和IL-8上升(P<0.01),升高SOD活力并降低MDA水平。结论肾茶总黄酮具备潜在的抗细菌性前列腺炎活性。 Objective To explore the therapeutic action of total flavonoids of Clerodendranthus Spicatus for chronic bacterial prostatitis in rats.Methods 60 adult male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups.The oxidative stress and inflammatory factors in rats were observed by the different drug therapy for the six groups.Results Compared with the sham-operation group,the level of TNF-α( from 36.87±3.02 to 102.83±11.64 ng / L) and the prostatic level( from 21. 64 ± 1. 91 to 172. 42 ± 5. 88 ng / L) in the model group were increased.The IL-8( from 7.66±0.62 to 20. 56±1.69 ng / L) and the prostatic level( from 32.63±2.02 to 114.75±11.32 ng / L) were significantly enhanced( P〈0.01). The activities of prostatic SOD in the model group were significantly decreased from 42±3 to 14±3 U / mg( P〈0.01).The prostatic level of MDA were significantly increased from 3. 3 ± 0. 4 to14. 2 ± 1. 0( P 0. 01). Compared with the sham- operation group,the total flavonoids of Clerodendranthus Spicatus in each dose group can suppress the enhancement of the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in serum and prostate( P〈0.01),improve the activities of SOD and decrease the level of MDA( P〈0.01).Conclusion The total flavonoids of Clerodendranthus Spicatus are able to exert protective effect against chronic bacterial prostatitis in rats.
